What is proposed?

The indicative layout plan shows 120 new homes.

The housing will be a mix of open market and affordable family homes, including homes for rent, shared ownership and other tenures.

There will also be large areas of managed open space available for local community use and new wildlife habitats.

The development proposals include a number of pond areas which form part of a proposed surface water flood relief scheme that the development can provide and which will benefit the wider community by significantly reducing existing flood issues, particularly for property in Harringcourt Road and at the bottom of Church Hill.
